Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive, and Dodge! You can do all of these at the Beta Theta Pi Dragon Dodgeball Tournament on March 8th, 2010 (9th Monday) at the Recreational Center. There will be the classic dodgeball games complete with real rubber dodgeballs, as well as fun side games, like accuracy contests and the opportunity to throw a dodgeball at a staff member or the Beta president, Isaac Meadows, from a set distance. A couple weeks ago, I was given the opportunity to attend a leadership summit at Grand Valley State University. The keynote speaker, Rick Barnes, was a past president of the Association of Fraternity Advisors and I felt his speech was unsurpassed by any other presenter at the event. (0) comments
The annual Alpha Sigma Alpha Link Sale kicked off on 5th Monday during the lunch hour. Members and Pledges worked the table and when they packed up, they had raised $64.50. During this philanthropy event, fraternities, GDIs, and Staff Members chose the color of paper they wanted to represent themselves or their organizations, and the Alpha Sigs cut up strips of the colored paper and stapled them together.
