Over the past three years Kettering University Library's Gaming Night has grown into one of our most popular events, and it shows no signs of slowing down. Wednesday July 29th (third week) marks the tenth Gaming Night at the KU Library. This is your chance to challenge your friends at Rock Band, Dance Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero and other games on the Wii, PlayStation 2 or X-Box 360. You can also go the "low tech" route with our classic board games or cards, as well as the new addition of ping pong and foosball, which are kindly on loan from the Business Office. Do you have a different favorite game? Bring it with you to share! As always, free pizza, soda, and snacks will be provided.
While enjoying the food and games, why not take a moment to look around the library? You may be surprised to learn that, in addition to our collection of academic books and periodicals, we also have a selection of classic fiction, from Dante to Kurt Vonnegut. If modern fiction is more your style, check out our Paperback and Great Reads collections. The library also has DVDs available for check-out, including newer movie releases and a variety of television series. And don't miss out on the library's ever expanding graphic novel collection!
Don't let the fun and excitement pass you by! Come down to the library on Wednesday July 29th from 5:30pm - 9pm for Gaming Night. For more information, visit the Library blog at http://ketteringlibrary.typepad.com/. Sponsored by Friends of the Kettering University Library and Scharchburg Archives (FOLA).
